About Me

I am a student at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO.
I am graduating in 2013 with a double major in Dietetics and Anthropology. I am very excited about starting my internship and joining the world of Registered Dietitians! I am very passionate about people, health, nutrition and cooking. I hope to continue my education by getting my masters degree in Food Science upon completion of an internship. I  am employed at North Colorado Medical Center (NCMC) and have been for the last 8 years. Currently I work as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in the Emergency Department and have for the last 4 years. I also enjoy gardening and have been part of the city of Greeley's community garden for the last 2 years. I always grow more than I can eat and enjoy donating my harvest to different organizations in my community as well as friends and family.
